Step 1

This complimentary 15-minute call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels like the right fit. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions before getting started.

Step 2

The initial evaluation is a 45–50 minute intake session focused on understanding your needs, background, and goals for therapy. We’ll review your current concerns, personal history, and any relevant mental health experiences. By the end of the session, we’ll identify areas of focus and discuss next steps for treatment.

Step 3

Schedule ongoing virtual therapy sessions at a frequency that fits your life—weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We’ll collaborate to determine what level of support feels right for you and adjust as needed over time.
